Good-Bye to Boring Writing… Adjective Games!

3 Apr

One of the best ways to spice up writing is with adjectives.  I recently found some fun ways to teach children to incorporate adjectives into their writing.  The favorite seem to be the adjective bingo game.  Simply print out a game card with pictures and the adjective squares.  Have your child match the adjective squares with the pictures.  The idea behind these games is the more exposure to various adjectives, the easier these words will come to your child when he/she is writing.  This can be a great spring or summer break activity.  Enjoy!
